Serendipity Media LLC is a full-service publishing and marketing agency. We launched our first publication, Groups Today magazine, in August 2002 and now produce five regional and national magazines.

In addition, as a marketing agency, we provide creative and marketing services to clients ranging from national associations to small businesses. Our services include brand development; content strategy, creation and promotion; social media management; website development and management; and events.

Serendipity Media LLC is currently seeking a part-time Office Coordinator. The office coordinator serves in a support role to the office, executing internal and client work. The office coordinator will be required to facilitate data entry needs, maintaining membership databases and circulation data. They will help track membership numbers and circulation results in addition to facilitating office work related but not limited to mailing, postage management and supply ordering. The office coordinator must exhibit exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, communication and organizational skills. They must also be a self-starter and quick learner who demonstrates intuition and can adapt to change.

Job description:
• Ensure data about membership and circulation is accurate and up to date
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to membership and circulation growth
• Coordinate current member and reader service programs, including relationship building and contracting with members
• Serve as a central point of contact for members/readers; respond to general inquiries
• Communicate effectively with members, readers and clients related to the scope of work assigned
• Support other team members with various administrative tasks
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

Candidate must possess:
• Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
• Proven experience in customer service
• Intuitive problem-solving skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• High level of professionalism and ability to work well with others
• Self-motivated work ethic with an eye for detail
• Interest in working in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with skills to adapt and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Positive, energetic attitude
