How long have you been with Serendipity Media?
My five-year anniversary was in January of 2020.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
The best part of my job is being challenged each and every day. Everyone here is so creative, flexible and open to trying something new or doing something slightly different. Add in our deep appreciation for personal accountability and getting things done and it is truly amazing how fast change happens. It’s a luxury other industries or corporations don’t get to enjoy.
What do you love most about working with Serendipity Media’s clients?
I love it when our clients see us a partner; when everything is ticking along just right, and our collaboration yields something better than we could have done without each other.
What are your top three tips for businesses and companies?
- Someone once told me that during internal meetings to pretend that your customer is in the room and then ask yourself, “What would they say about what we are doing?”
- Take the time to ensure that everyone knows the “why” behind a strategy.
- Know why your company exists.
In a game of truth or dare, which are you more likely to pick and why?
Truth—it’s usually a lot more shocking than a dare and I sometimes enjoy the drama that brings.

It’s the weekend! What are you typically doing on a Friday night?
Currently, I’m either driving out of state for my daughter’s club volleyball tournaments or hanging out until either one of my kids needs a ride somewhere.
