How long have you been with Serendipity Media?
I've been with the company since 2013, with a brief time off during a move to Colorado. I just couldn't stay away for too long.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
The people! Without a doubt it's the amazing team members and our clients that bring me joy. Every day is different and challenging, which keeps it fun.
What do you love most about working with Serendipity Media’s clients?
Our clients are unique and dynamic in their own perspective fields. Getting to be part of so many different industries keeps our work exciting and different every day. Our clients' passion for their industries is contagious and inspiring.
What are your top three tips for businesses and companies?
- Be yourself. Know your mission, purpose and goal. Make sure they are the backbone to the decisions you make and the work you do.
- Be the expert in your industry. Find what you do best and don't stop. Be the expert in your field and the go-to person for others.
- Be kind. People want to do business with those they like. You've proven that you know your stuff, but have you shown the type of person you are? Everyone could use a little kindness—especially these days!
In a game of truth or dare, which are you more likely to pick and why?
Both! Nothing refuels me more than laughing and being silly with others.
What’s your go-to drink?
Coffee that's been reheated five times, ha! Being a new mom, it's all about the caffeine. If I'm lucky, it's a nice glass of wine after a busy day.
It’s the weekend! What are you typically doing on a Friday night?
With a newborn and quarantine, our Friday nights get pretty crazy! We are typically snuggled up on the couch with our dogs and baby catching up on our favorite TV shows from the week. My weakness is bad reality TV—the Real Housewives is my guilty pleasure! Can you blame me?
