How long have you been with Serendipity Media?

I am new to the team and have been with Serendipity Media for about two months.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is getting to know the different clients and helping them give their company a voice—whether that be on social media, email marketing, etc.

What do you love most about working with Serendipity Media’s clients?

I love the connections and relationships that are made with our clients. I love hearing their stories and seeing the passion they have for their company which gives me more in depth understanding about the them, their company and their mission.

What are your top three tips for businesses and companies?

  1. Create a story for your brand. Take time to figure out what story you want for your brand/company to tell to your customers.
  2. Clarify your message. Make your messaging clear so your customers will listen and know what your company goal is just by hearing your name.
  3. Know your audience. Who do you want your target audience to be for your brand/company?

In a game of truth or dare, which are you more likely to pick and why?

I would most likely pick truth. I’m an open book and not the dare devil type.

What’s your go-to drink?

A glass of Chardonnay wine.

It’s the weekend! What are you typically doing on a Friday night?

My typical Friday night consists of hanging out with my husband and puppy, either having a relaxed night in or outside enjoying some activities on the lake.
