Serendipity Media LLC is currently seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our talented sales and marketing team. This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, coaching others to shine, and driving sales results. You’ll mentor, empower the team, and keep momentum moving forward to achieve sales goals. This position will report directly to the CEO with the expectation of driving the sales strategy and goals for the business. Job description:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales and marketing professionals — helping them grow while keeping revenue goals on track.
• Provide operational oversight of sales and marketing activities to ensure efficiency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive advertising, sponsorship, and marketing revenue across print, digital, and event platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to design smart, creative solutions that connect them with their audiences.
• Shape marketing campaigns from strategy through execution — ensuring every detail supports the bigger picture.
• Partner with editorial, events, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns that wow.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and coach the team.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and uncover fresh opportunities.

Candidate must possess:

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 1–2 years leading a team.
• A people-first leader who enjoys and knows how to bring out the best in others.
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• A balance of strategy and execution — someone who can think big and dive into the details.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email, analytics, retargeting, SEO/SEM).
• Results-driven, adaptable, and energized by collaboration.
• Takes ownership for the success of the team and exceeding company sales goals.
